In order to earnestly implement the work deployment of optimizing and stabilizing the industrial chain and supply chain at the national, provincial and municipal levels, in accordance with the spirit of "Several Opinions of Ningbo Municipal Committee and Municipal Government on Deepening the Implementation of Shanhai Cooperation Projects", the Mountains-coast cooperation between Ningbo and Lishui has been carried out for many times, and the two sides have formed a deep industry friendship.
From May 19 to 20, 2023, under the leadership of Wang Hong, Secretary-General of Ningbo Auto Parts Industry Association, the team organized and invited nine enterprises, including Zhongqi Research and Development, Beijing Automobile Industry, Dahong Technology, Hefeng Technology, Luhong Technology, to visit Lishui again to deepen Mountains-coast cooperation. On the afternoon of the 19th, Ningbo Lishui Coast-mountains Cooperation industry exchange matchmaking meeting was held in the conference room on the 23rd floor of Green Valley Information Industry Park. Pan Zhuping, Deputy Director of Lishui Economic and Information Technology Bureau, Chen Fengming, Director of Economic Promotion Department of Development Zone, and Xiang Jinjing, Deputy director of Market Supervision Bureau and Intellectual Property Supervision and Administration Office, attended the meeting. Ningbo, Lishui auto parts company representatives more than 30 people attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Tang Li, secretary-general of Lishui Automobile and motorcycle Parts Association.
Wang Hong, secretary-general of Ningbo Auto Parts Association, reviewed the history of cooperation between Ningbo and Lishui. On the basis of the past four exchanges and docking, in response to the development needs of Lishui auto parts industry, this exhibition in addition to inviting testing experts and intellectual property experts from China Automotive Research Institute, also brought new industry resources such as Luhong Technology and Shenzhen Zhiyuan in heat treatment and system certification to Lishui auto parts industry. We look forward to providing more industrial supporting services for for Lishui and helping it complete its transformation.
Pan Zhuping, Deputy Director of the Economic and Information Bureau of Lishui City, introduced the situation of the automotive and motorcycle parts industry in Lishui. The products of the automotive and motorcycle parts enterprises in Lishui City mainly include automotive air conditioners, automotive lights, motors, wipers, shock absorbers, swing arms, filters, brake pads, standard parts, oil nozzles, and pumps. The products are mainly used for supporting vehicle manufacturers, exports, and the aftermarket. He expressed his hope that Ningbo can do its best to support and actively assist in the establishment of patent application green channels and Lishui automotive parts product testing points. At the same time, we hope that the cooperation between Ningbo and Lishui will be diversified, not only in terms of industry docking, but also in terms of industry related supporting services, investment attraction, etc. We hope that the cooperation between the two sides can reach a higher level.
At the meeting, discussions were held regarding the two key needs of the Lishui automotive and motorcycle parts industry, namely the "patent application green channel" and the establishment of Lishui automotive component product testing points.
Ma Peifeng, General Manager of Hefeng Technology, analyzed and sorted out the various stages of patent applications by Ningbo Intellectual Property Protection Center, and introduced the basic situation of intellectual property patent applications in the automotive parts industry. And by analyzing the patent situation in the Lishui automotive and motorcycle parts industry, new ideas are provided to shorten the patent application time.
Yu Chengxiang, Technical Director of Zhongqi Research Automotive Parts Inspection Center (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., gave a brief introduction to the company's situation and business operations. In response to the urgent product testing needs of Lishui automotive parts, he hoped to establish a Lishui testing point. He stated that he would conduct a detailed investigation of Lishui automotive and motorcycle parts products and provide a cooperation plan based on the research results to strive for win-win cooperation.
In the free communication and exchange session, Ningbo enterprises such as Dahong Technology, Luhong Technology, Shenzhiyuan, Jingcheng Auto Industry, and Huizhou Hengtuo were introduced, and through their own case sharing, the importance of enterprises in protecting intellectual property rights and patents was emphasized. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, they need to have the ability to think in reverse and avoid pitfalls in intellectual property rights as much as possible during the development process.
Through this meeting, in response to the urgent needs of the Lishui automotive and motorcycle parts industry regarding the "green channel for patent application" and the establishment of Lishui automotive parts product testing points, both parties have reached a basic consensus. After the meeting, work will be carried out step by step according to the new ideas discussed at the meeting. Industry collaboration is not something that can be achieved overnight. After five rounds of communication and docking, the effectiveness of mountain sea collaboration is gradually emerging. I believe that in the near future, all efforts will be translated into fruitful results.
On the morning of the 20th, under the leadership of Lishui Association, the Ningbo exchange delegation visited Zhejiang Deming Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Happy Tree Shock Absorber Co., LTD. Zhou Shisen, general manager of Deming, and Han Qing, chairman of Happy Tree, warmly received and led the exchange delegation to visit the factory workshop. Deming's main product is automotive valve arm, Happy Tree's specialty is shock absorbers, and both companies focus on exports.
Mountains and seas meet, cooperation continues, industrial linkage deepens endlessly. I hope that after every solid work promotion, we can achieve a common vision for both parties. With the effective resources integrated by the Ningbo Association, we will start from product testing and intellectual property rights, fill the weak links in the development of Lishui's automotive and motorcycle parts industry, establish an integrated resource platform that integrates product testing, intellectual property rights, modern manufacturing services, and system certification, and comprehensively strengthen the industry and promote healthy development.
